Earlier this month FrontierView, in partnership with International Workplace Group (IWG), held a LATAM Healthcare Roundtable in Miami, FL. The event focused on Latin America’s healthcare opportunity in a global context, and how to “win” in an evolving market access landscape.

Following a session in which executives participated in a moderated discussion on evolving market dynamics, Practice Leader for Latin America Research, Alec Lee, led a session on implementing digital customer engagement. Healthcare companies in Latin America are likely underinvesting in digital marketing – in our survey of executives in the room, most reported allocating less than 10% of their total marketing budget to digital channels. However, digital marketing channels are an emerging differentiator for many companies when attempting to inform and influence stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.

Companies that can gather the correct stakeholder insights to properly allocate their marketing budget across digital channels and drive timely content can drive improve market access and reimbursement across their must-win LATAM healthcare markets.
