Allison is FrontierView’s director of global operations. She works with all teams to identify and improve process pain points, and design and implement solutions to meet operational priorities. Allison manages global KPI aggregation, analysis, visualization, and communication to drive performance enhancement and business strategy. She also leads team-level and executive strategic planning processes and special projects, including assessment of organic and inorganic growth opportunities.

Prior to joining FrontierView, Allison worked as an analyst and senior research manager at the Advisory Board Company. She also taught at a bilingual school in Spain through the Fulbright fellowship program. Allison is fluent in Spanish and holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Latin American studies from the University of Notre Dame.
