Katie is FrontierView’s managing director for global human resources, based out of the Washington, DC office. She manages all aspects of the employee life-cycle including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation, employee relations, and offboarding across multi-state and international office locations. Prior to joining FrontierView, Katie was a human resources generalist at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, Dickstein Shapiro LLP, and APCO Worldwide. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Michigan State University.
